how long does it take to upgrade the lic. key? Also if i upgraded the key does it automatically extend the renewal date?
Your license key must be renewed prior to upgrading.
Log on here and click the “RENEWAL” button to renew the key and then we will apply the upgrade. Let us know if you have any questions or changes to your request.
As a courtesy, we have reactivated the account by extending the renewal date three days from today to allow you time to renew.
