Being a newbie, excuse my inexperience. I’ve created a fillable PDF form, uploaded it, mapped it, and saved the map. When I try to fill with a dataset, my website crashes. I get the message “Error Establishing Database Connection.”

Does the demo form work? Is your PDF Form a LiveCycle form?
We have not experienced a “Error Establishing Database Connection” in the past. If possible, we’d like to login to your WP installation and take a look, and because this appears to be database issue, we may also need FTP access. If okay to login, complete this form, if not okay, then please ask your hosting provider to run a check on the MySQL database for any errors, then let us know the results.
