Hello,
My pdf document has a single line text field for a person’s name, as does my form on Formidable. I have checked that these two fields are mapped to each other on Formidable, but for some reason I get a number instead of a the person’s name on my pdf form. The numbers are sequential, but doesn’t seem to relate to anything (such as entry ID.) Please advise.Sincerely,
LisaDouble check the “Format” dropdown for the mapped fields in the Field Map Layout, should be set to “No Formatting”, if it is… then to further assist please provide a screenshot of the Field Map Layout screen with the Form, Dataset and Layout selected and to include the mapped fields. If we don’t see the issue there, we may need to look at the PDF form and possibly the Formidable Form.

This is not an issue we have heard of before, try this;
. Create another Formidable form with just one field
. Create another PDF form with just one field
. Create another field map layout and map the above fields
Then,
. Let us know if it works.
