Hello, I just purchased PRO2PDF this week. At first it worked and then it stopped working. I sent you a support request earlier today.
But as I searched for answers to my problem I came across another plugin by you called E2PDF. It appears E2PDF is a much more user friendly, and a newer product upgrade from PRO2PDF. How may I get a refund for PRO2PDF and purchase E2PDF?
I am surprised to find you continue to sell the old version when there is a newer version out there.
PRO2PDF offers an offline version and a different pricing structure for multi-site and unlimited versions. The top of the PRO2PDF website compares the two and suggests the newer version. However, based on your valuable feedback, we will make that more obvious before checkout.
