    Has this issue been resolved. I have the same issue with checkboxes. Export value and field options the match but the checkboxes don’t map. They used to map but they don’t now. I’m not sure if this is from an update or what but my first set of checkboxes no longer show up on the form.

    Attached are the screenshots for the forms.

    There are no known issues with recent updates and mapping checkboxes. Please complete this form if it’s possible for us login and take a look.

    Or, if not possible, then please elaborate on ‘my first set of checkboxes no longer show up on the form’, and provide the following information;
    . Are you using the “Use Separate Values” function of the checkbox? (Special characters in the value can cause the merge to fail)
    . Do any other checkboxes on the form or any other form work as expected? (Create a test Formidable form, PDF Form and Field Map Layout if you don’t have any other forms.)

    We remain at your service.

    I completed the form that you requested.

    – For the statement “my first set of checkboxes no longer show up on the form” — I have two sets of checkboxes on my form and the first set no longer shows up but the second set still shows up.
    – I am using the “use seperate values” function of the check boxes. I’m not sure what you mean about “special characters in values”.
    – Yes, there is another set that seem to work.

    Thanks.

    Your Formidable checkbox values have been updated (by adding $2) since creating the PDF form. The PDF form has the old values.

    To resolve the issue, edit the PDF Form Checkbox Values to match the Formidable Checkbox Values, and upload the new PDF to the plugin. All will work as expected without any further updating.

    You are correct. I did update the formidable checkbox values and I forget to update the checkbox values in the PDF form. That was completely my fault. Thanks you for reviewing my site and the forms. I made your suggested changes to the forms and now the checkboxes work correctly. Thank you.
