Sounds like you are using the free version of the plugin, or you have not selected the “Signature” option from the “Format” dropdown for each of the signature field mappings.
If you are using the free version you’ll need to purchase the paid version, if you are using the paid version and have “Signature” selected from the “Format” dropdown, then we may need to take a look at one of your installations to determine the issue.
