    I noticed today that the license is expired on my product. But I received no email notification/ reminder.

    When I went to login to your site it said password was incorrect. And the forgotten password link didn’t send me anything to my email. yes I checked my spam.

    Can you advise what my login details are so I can renew for the following year?

    Our apologies for the issues you are having with the renewal process. It appears your key is active until Aug. 7, 2018. As requested, we have reset the account password and sent the temporary credentials to the email address on the account.
