I have attempted to use your product and it has failed as I can’t even enter your license number (the screen just goes white and spins forever). Also, the plugin slows the site down by orders of magnitude and trying to click on your tabs takes forever for them to load. Please refund.
Sounds like there is a conflict with another plugin. While we are happy to refund, we are also willing to provide login support to find and fix the issue so you are able to successfully use the plugin like so many other users and we can do so with the free version.
