    Hi support,

    I was updating plugins automatically using the WordPress dashboard when the process got stuck. I had to deactivate all plugins manually using the database to regain access to the admin area.

    All other plugins have been reactivated successfully, however when I try to reactivate the Formidable pro2pdf plugin it never completes the process. I’ve tried reinstalling the older version of the plugin, and also tried reinstalling the older version of the Formidable Forms plugin but neither helps.

    I’m thinking this has something to do with the plugin not being properly/fully deactivated before being updated, since the automated process was disturbed. How can I go about getting this to activate again?

    If not possible, try disabling all plugins except Formidable Forms and then reinstall and activate PRO2PDF.
