I’ve been using this plugin to create an application form and it works great! However, I’m trying to add a unique document reference code to the form, but haven’t been able to achieve the right result yet.

Basically, I have a hidden field named ‘Reference’ that will populate the PDF form. I’ve used the Formidable: Count Entry field up to now. The first entry will be output as ‘1’. But I would like it to look like ‘2017.0001’. If possible, I’d even like to start the numbering elsewhere, like ‘2017.0251’.

I’ve tried shortcodes to calculate the field, but it’s not getting picked up. Hopefully the team can help me with this.
