I did not have a PDF attachment in a form submitted on my site. I only received the following in an attached file called error.txt:
“
There was an error generating the PDF file. This activation code is not valid.
”
Is this because by subscription expired? My license key expired on 4/20/2018. How do I renew? I don’t think I was given notice of the expiration. I logged in to my account but it only had a 30 day trial renewal. I want to renew for one year.
We have corrected your account to allow a renewal of your current license, and we have extended the expiration date through tomorrow to give you time to renew.
Check your junk mail for renewal notices from PRO2PDF and let us know if we ended up as spam.
