Hi team, I have a 3 page multi page form that I have mapped to a single PDF. When completed the email that is sent has 3 PDF attachments and they are all 0.4kb. When I try to open the PDF’s I get this error:
Adobe Acrobat could not open ‘Broker Submission Notes[27].pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).
To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then choose Save as Adobe PDF from the PDF dropdown in the Print dialog.
Does your plugin support multi page forms? We have no issues with our single page forms.
Yes, PRO2PDF works with multi-page forms. The described issue sounds like it’s coming from the original PDF form or abandoned/nonworking Field Map Layout(s).
Are you expecting three PDF attachments or are you expecting just one?
Can you merge all three of the PDFs from the PRO2PDF Export Tab?Let us know the answers so we can know the next step in troubleshooting the issue.
