I added your plugin to my site and Sucuri flagged it as malware as follows:
wp-content/plugins/formidablepro-2-pdf/fpropdf.php php.backdoor.generic.066

When did you install the plugin? Did you download the plugin from our site or use the WP plugin manager?

With nearly 2000 daily users we are confident that our plugin is not the origin of the malware. If you have created any field map layouts use the “Templates” tab to create a backup template(s) then delete the plugin and reinstall from the WordPress Plugin Directory.

Sucuri is not reporting the issue on any of our installations, the only installation experiencing this issue at this point is yours. We are willing to troubleshoot the issue for you, or you can ask your hosting provider to do so. I am getting the same exact message from Sucuri about formidablepro-2-pdf. I downloaded the files directly from your site.

According to Sucuri, the file flagged on your dashboard is being flagged incorrectly. Contact Sucuri support and ask them to add the file to your website whitelist.
