Hi!
Purchased your plugin, and I have a blocking issue with it. It doesnt seem to work with some iso8859-2 special characters like:
őűŐŰ.
It outputs nothing… When i fill the form in adobe reader i don’t encounter this.
Please advise.Thanks
adminKeymasterChanging the PDF font may resolve the issue, however, there is a known bug with Slovenian, Croatian, Slovak and Czech characters (Č,č, ć, Ć, ž, Ž, š, Š) and we are currently working to resolve the issue. Full refunds are available if you find the plugin is not able to render the characters required in your document.
adminKeymasterUPDATE: We expect more information on our attempts to resolve the known issue in (1) one week.
GaborParticipantI think its the same issue as with the other special characters. Tried 10 different fonts, all of them produces it.

When clicking in the field itself it displays the character, but with a weird boldness around it: https://i.imgur.com/b2qrjtW.png
If i fill out the template manually it works fine: https://imgur.com/lu1tJio
I’d rather have it working, than refund it. One week sounds reasonable. Thanks
GaborGuestHi!
A month passed, i’m on 2.27 latest version, but it is STILL not fixed????
Your plugin is unusable for half of the world with accented characters. Fix it ASAP pls!

GaborParticipant17 days…
adminKeymasterWe apologize for this unprecedented delay! We are still trying to fix this ridiculous bug, unfortunately we have not been able to as of yet. The problem is with PDFtk and would require a rewrite of a large part of the plugin. We have not given up our efforts to fix or find a work-around, in fact, we have hired a new developer who began working on the issue yesterday, and we hope to have at least a work-around for you this week.
We remain at your service.
GaborParticipantThanks for the info, hoping for the best…
GaborParticipant2 more weeks passed. Any news?
adminKeymasterIf still needed, we have added a Language dropdown to the Field Map Layout in the latest version which includes a “Unicode” option with Slovenian, Croatian, Slovak, Czech, Thai, and other characters. Update the plugin to use the new language dropdown.
We remain at your service.
