Formidable PRO2PDF
Formidable PRO2PDF requires Formidable Forms plugin installed and activated. Please activate it.
You can generate only 1 PDF form, because your server has to have pdftk installed for PDF generation. Please install it. Alternatively, you can activate Formidable PRO2PDF if you want to use more forms.
It is activated but will not proceed. I also just purchased the plugin to see if that would fix the issue but have not received serial number yet. On hold.

I’m experiencing the same issue as Ron.
If you have the same message, then you must install Formidable Forms (free or paid version). Your order is not on hold, and your activation key is valid and active.
Please provide details of the issue you are experiencing in a separate forum post, as Ron’s post should be closed.
