After turning the plugin on standard “file upload” field is not working.
– It changes it’s from the drop-down field into a button
– It doesn’t show the uploaded image
– It doesn’t allow to remove or change the uploaded file
The plugin also blocks “create post” form action. When it’s switched on this action just doesn’t work.
How to fix it?We have tested both functions on our server and experienced no issues. Complete this form if it is possible for us to login to your installation.
If not possible, then try these one at a time;
. Disabling all plugins except Formidable Forms and PRO2PDF, then test for the issue.
. Change the PRO2PDF “Attach file to Email notifications” setting on the field map layout to “NO”, then test for the issue.
. Select (or deselect) the Formidable Form’s “Submit this form with AJAX”, then test for the issue.Let us know the results of each test as we remain at your service.
