Hi,
When I select a PDF form field in the field mapping, after saving: the field just jumps back to the first field in de dropdown. This only happens to specific checkbox fields with seperate values for each label.
I’ve tried selecting the label as format, but that does not work. Do you know what’s going wrong?The PDF form may be incompatible. Can you upload the PDF to our support request form? You may also provide login credentials if you’d like us to take a look for a quicker fix.
