We are encountering an issue with a form on our website that has a PDF being emailed to us. The problem is that the file size of the form is only 1kb, and when we attempt to open it, we receive the following error message.

“Error: Failed to load PDF document.”

Could you kindly provide suggestions or guidance on how to resolve this matter? We appreciate any assistance you can offer.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
