I am currently using formidablepro2pdf for a website. Each time someone signs up they get a download link to download the pdf. But when the download button is clicked they get the error message that says:
There was an error generating the PDF file.
This activation code is not valid.
How can I fix this problem?If your order ID is 49750, then the activation code expired last month. What is your order number?

Ah! We located the issue. It appears an upgrade was attempted after the key expired but failed because a renewal was needed.
