    Last week when I am working on the forms, the email notifications are sending with the PDF with no problem. But this week the email notifications are not sending anymore.

    This issue is likely caused by the same issue you posted here.

    Let’s fix the first issue and see if this one is still a problem.

    This issue has now been solved too.
    It’s an issue with the email service on our end.
