I maintain a client-site (www.huidoedeem.nl), which uses Formidable Prof2PDF, for 3 forms.
Of these three forms, 1 is sending the generated PDF as an attachment via email, the others not howerver. This worked great previously.
I have verified that the email doesn’t get directed to a spamfolder, and the submissions is stored in the database.
I also used a secondary emailadress, but that didn’t help either.
Is there any way to view a log-file, or debug this process? The client is missing opportunities as it is now..
Our account is valid through january 17th, 2018. If needed, I can provide the license key.

Check the field map layouts to see if the non-working attachments have more than one field map layout, if they do, delete the extra field map layouts or deselect the “Attach” option.
If there are no additional layouts, let us know if the PDFs are generating from the plugin’s Export tab without error. If they are, we may need to take a look at the installation, complete this form if possible.
