I’m interested in purchasing your product, but I have some doubts. Could I use the 1 SITE | 10 FORMS product for my development website (web.domain.com) and for my website (domain.com), both of them hosted together? And if they are hosted on different hostings?
If I bought your product, would I also need to purchase the Formidable Form plugin?
I also need to know if I can (for the same price) offer customers a downloadable PDF with the fields they have filled out on the form. In addition, I must use a Unique ID for order number.

You can use the 1 SITE | 10 FORMS on two domains if you ask us to change the order to 2 SITES | 9 FORMS or if you add a $1 upgrade you can have 2 SITES | 10 FORMS.
Yes, you will also need to purchase Formidable Forms Pro if you want the added PRO features.
Yes, you can offer customers a downloadable PDF with the fields they have filled out on the form. All entries have a unique ID and/or you can add a auto-increment counter.
