Our PDF has checkboxes associated with various other fields. Some examples are IF an address is present, IF an email address is present, etc.

Our desired user experience with the Formidable form is to have only the data fields (ex phone number, email, etc.) and have the PDF fill in not only the appropriate value but also check the appropriate boxes.

Is there a way to map a text/number field to a checkbox or a conditional way to check checkboxes in hidden formidable fields?

To accomplish the user experience you outlined, we would add regular checkbox fields to the Formidable Form, set to only be visible by Administrators with the checkbox checked by default and conditional logic to show/hide IF text box is/not empty. Then, map the FF checkbox to the PDF checkbox as usual.

(Using the “Visible to Administrator” functionalities ‘hides’ the field from all other users, but the field is visible to PRO2PDF and the value is saved with the FF entry)

    We remain at your service.
