Hi!
I recently tried to update an expired site license for a form I am running. However, I followed a link that was for $10, and I purchased it (and was charged) on this website. Then, I saw a renew link for $15 for the specific form. I bought that, and I was able to renew the form license. Unfortunately, I have no idea what that $10 went towards and I was wondering if I could receive a refund?

Mackenzie MathewsIt appears you renewed for $15 and also purchased an upgrade from 2 forms to 10 forms, which cost $10. Would you like the $10 refunded and a downgrade to 2 forms?
