I activated my license but it still shows this error:
You can generate only 1 PDF form, because your server has to have PHP MB or iconv extension installed and enabled for PDF generation. Alternatively, you can activate Formidable PRO2PDF if you want to use more forms.
We’ve seen this happen on reinstallations and when the activation key expires. What is your order number?

Everything looks correct with your order and it appears at least 4 pdfs have been created so far. Please verify the “Enable local PDFTK” option is not checked on the Settings tab. If confirmed, we may need to take a look at your installation to find the issue.
If you are able to provide access please complete this form, if you are not please try entering the activation key again and let us know if you receive any messages or errors and email a screenshot of the Activation Forms tab to support AT formidablepro2pdf DOT com.

This is an issue we have not seen before in over 1000 installation.
Your server admin must install mbstring library or recompile PHP without the “–without-iconv” option (which is the normal install mode). We can do it as well if your provide root credentials to the server using this form.
