Hi,
earlier this year our activation key expired while I was away on maternity leave. It wasn’t until I returned that I realised this had taken place so I renewed the key and on our account it says that our website is active and so are the forms that we created prior to it’s expiry. However on our wordpress plug in it tells me:It is valid until 05/03/2020

When I try to activate the site it says I have no more website activations left. I’ve tried deactivating the key in both places and reactivating and nothing changes.
We are trying to get our forms up and running for a new season of registration and would like this fixed as soon as possible. thank you for you help.
