I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I get easily get a pdf to download if I put the id number in the shortcode but if I put
    [formidable-download form="7y0rg" dataset=[id] layout="1006"]
    in
    I get
    <a href="https://paaolima2017.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpfx_generate&form=%26%238221%3B7y0rg%26%238221%3B&dataset=%5Bid&key=cc317439739d0b5b74c0b8c9deb7704c" class=" readmore formidable-download" target="_blank">Download</a> layout=”1006″]

I have tried many iterations but I do not know how to get it to let the person download the pdf that that would be emailed to them if they hit submit.

Sorry I am sure this is ab obvious error on my part.

Where are you placing the shortcode? If it’s in the form’s On Submit Message Box or the body of the email action or a Formidable view, the shortcode is correct. If you are using the shortcode on a page or post, you’ll need to create a view and place the view’s shortcode in the page or post.

Let us know where the shortcode is or fill out this form if you’d like us to login and take a look.

    We remain at your service.

Well I got that fixed. And now I have another issue I will put in a new post.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
