GiovanniParticipant
hi I added signature fields to my form. but then every time I sign the signature field it comes up Internal Server Error
“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
If I don’t fill out the signature fields it works fine. Can you pls advice.
adminKeymasterDo NOT use Adobe signature fields, but rather, use regular Adobe text fields to map to Formidable’s signature fields.
See more signature field information here.

GiovanniParticipantThank you for your response. I follow your instructions, in pdf form I set it to just a regular text field. In the format options in the Field Map Designer I set it to Signature.I works now, when I view the output I saw the signature however everytime I hit sumbit I still see the same error message insted of the friendly message saying “Your responses were successfully submitted. Thank you!” How can I make the error message disappear?
adminKeymasterWe do not believe the error message is a result of the PRO2PDF plugin. Try creating another Formidable form with a Formidable Signature field and click submit, if you receive the same error message you’ll need to contact Formidable support for assistance.
If you do not receive the error message, we may need to login to your installation to troubleshoot the issue. Complete this form to provide us with access.

GiovanniParticipantIt is working now. I made the signature field bigger thats causing the error.
Thank you so much for your help -
