After testing more, then I found that the issue is related to a loading issue it seems like. When the field map designer is loading, then sometimes it shows zero results, and if I retry a couple of times then suddenly it shows. I first thought that I needed to delete the pdf file and upload again to get it to work, but after testing then that is not necessary. It works after a couple of tries. But the best thing would be if the field map designer was more stable and was manage to fetch the fields everytime.

When I do this, then if I use space between the words, then only the first word is showing. If I connect the words with _ then all is showing, so it seems to be a bug here.

I found in the requirements that FormidablePropdf requires this: Formidable Forms plugin, make sure that your server can execute shell commands, and that pdftk is installed on your server.
You’ll also need to have PHP MB or iconv extensions installed. They are usually installed on web servers.
If you purchase the plugin, no additional software installation is need.
PHP version should be at least 5.3.

I checked with my server vendor and they informed me that all was in order, and that they also have iconv extension, but pdftk is not available at their platform.

Could this be the reason to this issue? Would I experience other problems also, because my server don´t have this?

I have the same field name and options in the form and the pdf file, but the PDF Form Field Name only shows as undefined_2, undefined_3 etc. And when the preview functionality doesn´t work, then I don´t know which is related to which field in the pdf file.
