    Hi,

after updating Formbidable to 2.02.01, it takes up to 3 minutes to load a page to edit in backend.

When I disable your plugin, it loads fast again. There seems to be a problem, pls fix.

    Thanks!

Thank you for your request for support regarding your recent update of Formidable to version (2.01.01), released MAY 5, 2016.

We have not experienced the issue you have described, in the past month, on the hundreds of installations running the PRO2PDF plugin, including several of our own.

If you have the Pro version of Formidable Forms installed, go to your WordPress Plugins page and deactivate Formidable. Then select ‘Delete’ or go to your web server (via FTP, SSH, SFTP, etc.) and delete the entire formidable folder. If you are using the free version, please delete and reinstall from WordPress.org here. You will not lose any saved forms or entries when you delete Formidable. (from Formidable’s site)

After reinstalling Formidable Forms, please check for the issue again and let us know the results.

If you would also like to reinstall PRO2PDF, be sure to first export your field map layouts before deleting and reinstalling the plugin.

    Hi,

I am referring to Version 2.02.01 of Formdiable which was released yesterday.

Anyway, I think it’s not a problem of Formidable but of a conflict with Visual Composer or Pinpoit Booking System.

When I activate your plugin, it takes 2 – 3 minutes to load a regular page in wordpress. When I disable it, the page loads in seconds.

I really want to buy the pro version (I need PRO for several reasons) but I need to make sure it works 100%. I can give you admin access to my site if you like to check!

    Thanks!

Oh, and I am referring to page load in admin, not in frontend. Frontend works fine.

Has the issue gone away after upgrading the plugin?

The developer requires ssh access in order to continue troubleshooting this issue.

Yes, the problem is still there, even after updating. I do not have SSH access.

I need to order it from my hoster and it costs additionally. Should I order it?

No, we’ve spent hours and cannot find the issue. As requested yesterday, we need access to ssh to continue troubleshooting the issue.

I will try to increase Php memory limit (suggested by visual composer devs) and let you know if it helped
