We purchased the Formidable Pro2PDF plugin a few years ago, and use it for several complex forms on one of our sites. Your website for that plugin has gone down for the 2nd time in less than a month which kills the licensing for the plugin. I was under the impression that you were going to continue to support this product. We paid for a multiyear license and have hopes that you continue to support the plugin for some time to come as we have spent allot of time setting things up using this plugin. Please advise.
Our support for PRO2PDF has not wavered nor has our response time. We, and our hosting provider, are constantly monitoring the server. So far the issue has not been easy to find, however, we are reviewing options to move the server to another hosting provider.
The site is back up, and we have not stopped monitoring the issue.
