We’ve been using this software for many years and it’s been working great. Today the PDF files are blank. When I add “txt” to the end of the PDF file it shows an error message inside the PDF that says “This website has not been activated”. Everything shows active and current. Need some help please.
You may be experiencing a http/https issue. We made a change on our side. Please log in to the website’s HTTPS address and activate it using your activation key. We are emailing the key to you again for your reference.
