Hi. I would like to create a form that will merge with one or more PDF files depending on how one question is answered.
Scenario: The form will have a checkbox where the user checks which form(s) to use. Sometimes they will check more than one option. Is it possible to have more than 1 PDF attached to the same email submitted? For instance, if new client is checked, a new matter form must also be completed, and it might also need an additional parties form.

We are still working on your request, in the meantime, I should mention the workaround to attaching all forms, which is to conditionally place a shortcode for each PDF form into the Email Action Message box to produce a link allowing the user to click to download the form.
In other words, multiple shortcodes work in email actions…
