We have wordpress as multisite, all our sub-sites running on the same domain.

03.domain.comSo my question is, we must order 1 – SITE | ∞ – FORMS or ∞ – SITE | ∞ – FORMS.
No, you may order any version and request to move your FORMS count to your SITES count, like this….
If you purchase 1-SITE | 10-FORMS you can request any number of forms (in this case up to 9) to be moved to the SITE count. So, if you need 4 total sites, you would end up with 4-SITES and 7-FORMS on each site.
