I have a formidable pro form question that has a conditional logic question, that leads to either a series of check boxes, or number field.

For example: Goal: run everyday. Then they mark either checkbox for yes I did it for each day of the week, or a numberical option where they can then indicate how many minutes they want to run each day. Then the next option goes through the same series, but what they actually did in comparision to their goal, and our computation kicks out a percentage completed.

I have updated the saved value on the check box options. They need to have +1 after the name, for a math computation. Nothing is pulling into the pdf builder. Please help. I can send images if you want to look at what I am doing.

Thanks for your help!!! I love this plugin!! Well worth the investment.

Field labels can be accessed by using the following [FIELD_ID:label]

So for your field it would be [133:label] for the label and [133] for the stored field value.
