I have a form with a Radio/Check box. Each “option” has an assigned dollar amount. I am confused if this is the right way to generate invoices since it seems I can only pick one option from a radio box with your plugin…

Each Value would need to pay in the invoice of what is selected.
Okay, checkboxes should be used for any fields which allow more than one option to be selected.
Can you attach the PDF invoice to this login support form so that we can see how the invoice data is to be presented? Additionally, we are happy to login to your site to map a Formidable checkbox field to your PDF invoice form as an example.
