    Everything with this plugin is working on my desktop, but when I try to submit a form on my iPhone or iPad the PDF downloaded and emailed is not filled in. Any ideas?

    You must use the FLATTEN option to view with iPhone or iPad… due to the missing byte from all Apple products… 😉
