Displaying AM and PM time formats in PDF form

Hello,

I am trying to display a 12 hour time format (I.E – 3:30am or 4:30pm) from the “Time Input Fields” from my form. But I am only getting 24 hour time formats in my PDF form. I have tried the formatting in Adobe Acrobat but it doesn’t seem to want to make that value into a 12 hour format.

Is there a way to get this accomplished?
