Hello, I am trying to see if this is possible using your add-on.
Agent fills out form for customer and adds attachments. Then 2 things happen:
1. PDF form without signature gets sent to Agent along with attachments.
2. PDF form without signature gets sent to customer email to sign the form. After signing, signed PDF form gets emailed to Agent.
This method is possible by adding all the entries in body of email as text, but wanted to see if its possible to add the data into the actual PDF form and automatically email them rather than have to download the form and then manually email it to the agent.
I have never used the PDF’s built in submit option. Does the customer need to have Adobe Acrobat or reader installed to be able to sign the document and then press the send button? or will formidable still handle the signing? thx
