    HI, I just renewed my license but it’s not showing in my account. I need it to be renewed so the plugin starts working again please.

    I just realized that I paid with a different email address that is associated with my paypal account than the one on my account here. The transaction ID is 8GJ52208PW647573A from the paypal payment.

    Your payment has been received, and the license key has been confirmed as renewed for 1 year.

    Check the plugin’s Activated Forms tab and make sure the activation key ending in ***AFB9D is listed and active.

    Thank you but that’s the wrong license I was renewing. I was renewing this license ***************************C6F8A64 and it still says it’s expired.

    I ended up using the license that ended up getting renewed, the one ending in AFB9D. You can consider this support request resolved.
