    Hi,
    I can login to my account now but I’m still getting errors…
    The file attached instead of the PDF is error.txt 

    There was an error generating the PDF file.
This activation code is not valid.

    As far as I can see all activation codes are fine for Formidable forms and FormidablePro to PDF

    The license expired on January 9, 2024, and may be renewed by logging in to the account here and then click the “Renewal” link.

    As a courtesy, we reactivated the license and extended the expiration to the end of the week to allow time for renewal.

    We remain at your service.

    Ah pesky American date formats – I was reading it as 1 Sept 2024 !!!
    It would be better if in the licence info it showed the month spelled out
    Thanks for the info I’ll get that renewed
