I am trying to renew our subscription but I can’t login and it seems that the password recovery is not working. Please help
It appears this account email was not verified when the plugin was purchased. We have added the user manually and also have extended the expiration of the plugin through tomorrow so all will work is expected while you renew the account. Your credentials were emailed to the address on the account.
