Actually I already asked Formidable support and they said they just offer functionality so It’s up to me/government whether it’s acceptable.
Also I’ve read that IRS page before you tell me and it seems that this method should work.
I just wanted second opinion.
Because I’m not sure if “UETA/ESIGN compliant” is required.
