    Hi

    I just upgraded my account so that I can continue generating forms, but it still says that my activation code is invalid – 6F1AF609E5D811EB87************

    Can you please assist as need to generate the PDF.

    Your activation key expired yesterday and must be renewed here before upgrading. The link will allow you to renew with discounts for additional years. Or, you can pay the difference here to have us manually renew the account for one year.

    As a courtesy, the expiration date has been extended for three days to allow time to renew.

    I have clicked on renew but there’s nothing showing on the screen for me to proceed further. Can you manually renew and upgrade this for me? I have already paid for the upgrade.

    I have never had a paid account before, all I had was a trial which I upgraded to a paid version on Monday (can provide a paypal receipt) and now you’re asking me to pay another $15?? I don’t understand.
