    Hi there,

I am trying to get the signature field from Formidable Forms to display on the PDF but I’m having trouble doing this. Can you please assist with the process to add the signature to the PDF as this is a critical requirement. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to create the PDF template.

I have also changed the date format to d/m/Y however when I use “Formidable: Created At” Webform Date Field ID it is being displayed as Y/m/d in the PDF. How can I get this to display correctly for Australia?

I would really appreciate it if you can respond within the next 12 hours as we are needing to use these forms right away.

    All the best,
    Steve Milner

Map Formidable Signature Fields to Adobe Text Field, NOT Adobe Signature fields.

If you have used a text field and still have an issue, then let us know what specific issue you are having or complete this form to have us login to your installation to take a look.

Regarding the date field – select the DATE option from the FORMAT dropdown field on the field map layout, or use the FORMIDABLE: DYNAMIC option instead of the “Created At” Webform Date Field ID and then enter [xxxxx format=”d/m/Y”] into the textbox below, where xxxx is a field key from the form. Use any PHP date formatting for the format= setting.

    Thanks for your prompt response.

I have used a text field for the signature but in its place a string that looks like – a:3:{s:7:”content”;s:19:”signature-26-15.png”;s:6:”output”;s:2362:”[{“lx”:46.”ly”:89,”mx”:46, and something similar when text is used.

Please feel free to contact me directly to my email and I can provide access to the account if required.

Confirm, do you have “SIGNATURE” selected in the Format dropdown field on the field map layout?

Also, we received your login support request, however, you’ll need to provide admin access to the WP user account so we can check the plugin.
