    1. Im contacting you through here because I can’t login to the customer portal and I have not changed my password.

    2. The plug in is giving me an license error Please review.

    Error when trying to generate pdfs.
    “There was an error generating the PDF file.
    This website has not been activated yet. Click here to manage your activated forms.”


    It is valid until 01/11/2019
    With this activation code, you can register up to 1 site and up to 40 forms. Click here to deactivate this key.

    Our apologies for the issues you are having with the login process. Your password has been manually reset, the temporary credentials were sent to the account email address.

    After logging in, try to deactivate and reactivate the correct site to correct the issue. Let us know if you have require further support.
