when i try to map to a pdf file, then export to it, it gives me an error message that says “pdf fails to load”.
please advise. I purchased the 30 day trial in order to get “premium support”.thank you.
Sounds like the PDF form is not compatible with PRO2PDF.
Try uploading the form to PDFEscape.com (free), then save & download the PDF. Then, name the PDF the same as the PDF that was uploaded to PRO2PDF and re-upload using the PRO2PDF Export Tab to overwrite the existing PDF.
Or, send us the PDF form using this web form.
