    We have a valid license for this module but we are not able to login to this website to create ticket for premium support and also not able to reset password.

    We are facing an issue where PDF is not generating and giving us this message after form submission:

    Formidable PDF2PRO and white screen.

    We apologize for the login issues, based on your request we have reset the account, temporary credentials have been emailed to the address on the account.

    Regarding the PDF issue;
    . Were any changes to the web form or PDF made that may have caused the issue?
    . Are you able to EXPORT PDFs from the plugin’s EXPORT tab?
    – If no, is the PDF form listed in the “Select PDF file to work with:” dropdown field on the field map layout?
    – If yes, sounds like the PRO2PDF shortcode is not correctly configured.

    Please see our response and information below:

    . Were any changes to the web form or PDF made that may have caused the issue? [The only changed recently is that we mapped some repeatable fields. Only first row of PDF is mapped: https://www.screencast.com/t/BIT78pbo%5D
    . Are you able to EXPORT PDFs from the plugin’s EXPORT tab? [No, We are getting same error: https://www.screencast.com/t/GUUGUI7UoFdY%5D
    – If no, is the PDF form listed in the “Select PDF file to work with:” dropdown field on the field map layout? [Yes, https://www.screencast.com/t/twqwvC8wDV%5D

    How can we share with you website details and PDF file without visible to others ?

    We replied a few hours later, by email to the address on file (all***test***@gmail.com), with the following;

    It appears the field map layout is too large for the server’s resources. We suggest an increase to the server’s PHP settings to the following…

    memory_limit = 512M
    post_max_size = 512M
    output_buffering = 4096
    max_execution_time = 300
    max_input_vars = 4000
