    Hello,

I need to map user’s selections for courses they have taken in order to create a pdf certificate. I’m sure this is possible with your product but would like to know how to handle cases where users took (for instance) only 20 out of 30 courses. I would like to list the 20 that they took on the PDF but want to know how to format that set of data in the PDF. In other words I don’t want to have to list all 30, only the ones that apply. Can this be done? If so, what are the required characteristics of the PDF fields(s) to accomplish this? Can a list be created without any ‘filler’ lines for courses that were not selected? Thanks, Jason

This can be accomplished by using a Formidable View (or views) to filter the list of courses, then enter the view’s shortcode into the text box that appears when the “Formidable: Dynamic” option is selected from the “Webform Data Field ID” dropdown field on the Field Map Layout.
