I am trying to create a field mapping that will allow for multiple form responses to be mapped to one box on the PDF.

On this page if you select a List A item at the bottom of the form on the left side of the screen multiple options will appear. Once you select a passport, Authorization document, etc., there are different issuing authorities that will appear. I need all of those issuing authorities to be sent to one location on the final PDF. When I have all of them mapped to that field now, there’s nothing that I can get to appear on the final PDF.

    Any suggestions?

One solution would be to use add a hidden “Text Calculation Field” to your form to add the various fields to just one field, then map the PDF to the hidden field. Let us know if the solution will work for this situation.

I would need to pass a text field and the “Text Calculation Field” options are mostly for numbers. I can’t achieve what I need to with just the dynamic text calculation fields.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Sure, we can help but we need more specific information about what you are trying to accomplish.

BTW, a calculated text field has nothing to do with numbers, it’s specifically for combining text fields.
